Terms of Service

Quotes are valid through the expiration date shown on each quote and may be revised if the scope of work changes once we're on site.

Invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice. Work is scheduled weather permitting; if we push a visit due to rain or unsafe conditions, we'll reschedule to the next available day and let you know.

Please secure pets and unlock gates on service days. We treat your property with care and are licensed and insured; if you ever have a concern about our work, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Recurring services continue until you tell us to stop — no contracts, no cancellation fees.
